ABOUT FUTURE CEO
FUTURE CEO 2026 is organized by the College of Business (COB), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), with the aim of further advancing the University’s strategic goals of internationalization while strengthening collaborative relationships among prestigious partner universities across Asia.
Dedicated to empowering the next generation of business leaders, the competition serves as an academic platform that fosters multicultural collaboration, digital transformation, and sustainable management in the new era.
MISSION
1. Developing global leadership capabilities: Creating a practical academic environment to nurture young leaders with strategic thinking, innovation, creativity, and global integration capabilities.
2. Building an International-Standard Academic Platform: Engaging in international – standard business cases developed by UEH faculty in collaboration with multinational corporations, while strengthening practical problem-solving
skills in a global business environment.
3. Experiential Academic Learning: In 2026, FUTURE CEO has been elevated as a flagship competition of the College of Business (COB), UEH, and expanded across Asia, reinforcing its academic and practical standing in the region.

3. INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIP
UEH students advancing to the Semifinals may be considered for international student exchange programs and represent the university at global academic competitions, subject to UEH and partner regulations.

+Online multiple-choice test in the Preliminary Round.
+Develop strategic solutions and present ideas through video submissions.
+Case study guidance with businesses and experts in the Semifinal and Final Rounds.
+Present solutions and conduct live Q&A sessions with the Jury Panel.
+Corporate visits to multinational corporations’ headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City.
+On-site case solving and solution presentation on A0 paper.
+Role-play as the Executive Board to negotiate, adapt, and persuade the Board of Directors (Jury Panel) in unexpected scenarios.
+Networking events in a comfortable setting among competing teams, faculty members, and business guests.
